If you are grieving as we (already?!) begin the “Holiday Season” you may want to seek refuge in a group which will meet later this month at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Palm Desert. My friend, Kathleen Dale, will facilitate the group. Here is what she has to say by way of introduction:
Not everyone feels cheery about the approach of the holiday season. The contrast between the cultural and social pressures to be up and happy with how one really feels inside can make a person feel even worse: sad, apprehensive, moody, wanting to go to sleep and wake up when it’s over. If that is you, then please know you are not alone. And, you do not have to go it alone this year. Join us for a Holiday Haven. Read more.
If you are in the desert and grieving, I can recommend this group to you. The first gathering will be on Sunday, October 30th at 9am in the Library of the Church Office at St. Margaret’s. Download the flyer for even more information: Holiday Haven
Peace be with you as you continue your journey.
